BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing or participating in a trip and/or any travel product with Travel Wander LLP (Travel Wander), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bounded by these terms & conditions. If you make a booking on behalf of other travel companions, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these terms & conditions on behalf of the other travel companions in your party.
Passports and Visas
You must have a passport that is still valid for 6 months after the last date of your travel. Some countries require visas or multiple visas for entry. It is your sole responsibility to obtain and carry all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to each country or region. Please note that entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete, at the sole discretion of the local authorities. Travel Wander will not be responsible for advising and/or obtaining required travel documentation for you, or for any delays, damages, and/or losses including missed portions of your trip related to improper documentation. Check your entry requirement and you may apply your visa HERE if you require.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the cost of any trips or tours offered by Travel Wander.
As a licensing condition of the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), Travel Wander LLP is required to inform and strongly recommend you to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance with coverage of minimum SG$ 200,000 covering all applicable dates of your travel. This insurance should cover personal injury, overseas medical expenses and medical evacuation. You are also recommended to extend your coverage to include other travel expenses and travel inconveniences such as (not limited to) cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that may arise because of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience while travelling. You are responsible for advising your insurer of the type of travel, destination(s) and activities included in your trip so that your insurer may provide the appropriate coverage.
As stipulated in Regulation 21, Travel Insurance of Travel Agents Regulations 2017, we are also required to inform you to consider purchasing travel insurance – (a) against any failure or disruption in our provision of the travel product arising out of any insolvency on our part; and (b) in favour of all travellers for whom the payment or deposit is to be made.
By making a payment (e.g deposit) to Travel Wander, you (and/or on behalf of all travel companions) acknowledge being informed to consider purchasing travel insurance as per above.
You may purchase your travel insurance with Travel Wander HERE.
The Booking Contract
A contract exists when Travel Wander issues a written confirmation and/or invoice. Please check your confirmation and/or invoice carefully and inform any incorrect or incomplete information to Travel Wander immediately. Please ensure that names are exactly as stated in your passport. Any incorrect information provided may incur amendment or cancellation fees charged by 3rd party tour operators or airlines. You must be at least 21 years of age to make a booking. You agree to provide full, complete and accurate information to Travel Wander at the time of booking.
Before your booking is confirmed, Travel Wander reserves the right to adjust the prices. Travel Wander and its 3rd party tour operators reserve the right to decline any booking at their discretion.
Booking On Behalf of Others
By booking on behalf of other travel companions, you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every member booked on that trip. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with the trip, notifying Travel Wander if any changes or cancellations are required and keeping your party informed. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another travel companion is complete and accurate. Travel Wander will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided.
Required Medical Information
You are responsible for assessing whether a trip is suitable for you. You may consult your physician to assess your fitness for travel and participation in any planned activities. You should seek your physician’s advice on vaccinations and medical precautions. Travel Wander does not provide medical advice. It is your responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of each aspect of the trip based on your own unique circumstances, limitations, fitness level and medical requirements.
You may be asked by Travel Wander about your medical condition at the time of booking. You agree to reveal your medical condition honestly and to disclose all relevant medical information accurately and fully. Travel Wander will maintain the information in accordance with Travel Wander’s Privacy Policy. Travel Wander reserves the right to request further information or professional medical opinions where necessary, as determined in its discretion, for your safety or the safe operation of a trip. Travel Wander reserves the right to deny you to travel or participate in any aspect of a trip at any time and at your own risk and expense where Travel Wander determines that your physical or mental condition renders you unfit for travel or you represent a danger to yourself or others.
Pregnancy is considered a medical condition and must be disclosed to Travel Wander at the time of booking. Travel Wander may decline to carry pregnant women over 24 weeks. Travel Wander may refuse to carry anyone with certain medical conditions if reasonable accommodation or alternatives cannot be arranged.
Travel with Travel Wander may involve visiting remote or developing regions, where medical care may not be easily accessible and medical facilities may not meet the standards of those found in your home or residence country. The condition of medical facilities in the countries you may visit varies and Travel Wander makes no representations and gives no warranties in relation to the availability or standard of medical facilities in those regions.
Special Requirements
Any special requirements must be disclosed to Travel Wander at the time of booking. Certain activities may be inaccessible to you if your mobility is limited in any way. All food allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed to Travel Wander at the time of booking. Travel Wander cannot guarantee that dietary needs or restrictions can be accommodated. Travel Wander is not liable for any failure to accommodate or fulfil such requests.

Prices, Surcharges, and Taxes
The price of the trip offered by Travel Wander is subject to change at any time, before or after booking confirmation, up to 30 days before departure. After a confirmation invoice has been issued by Travel Wander, Travel Wander reserves the right to impose surcharges on any products or services booked for reasons arising from increases in transportation costs, fuel costs, dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airport charges, local operator costs, currency and exchange fluctuations, increases in taxes, or government action which impacts the price of the applicable trips. Upon learning of the necessity to impose a surcharge in accordance with this section, Travel Wander will provide notice to you as soon as reasonably possible.
Where the increase in price is greater than 10% of the original price of the applicable trips, products and/or services (excluding add-ons, insurance, and taxes), you may choose to either:
(a) cancel the applicable booking without incurring any penalty; or
(b) accept the change of price.
You must notify Travel Wander of your choice within 7 days upon receipt notice of the increase, or you will be deemed to have accepted the price change and will be liable for payment of the increase.
From time-to-time, Travel Wander may offer reduced pricing on certain products or services. Reduced pricing applies only to new bookings. Bookings where payment of at least a deposit has been received by Travel Wander are not entitled to reduced pricing.
Validity
All dates, itineraries and prices of trips are subject to change at any time and the current price will be quoted and confirmed at the time of booking, subject to any surcharges that may be levied in accordance to the terms & conditions.
Airfare
Trip prices do not include international or any airfare unless expressly mentioned in the Trip’s description. Travel Wander will quote the best price available for the travel dates requested at the time the quote is prepared. Quotes provide an estimate only and are not a firm price commitment by Travel Wander or the applicable air carrier(s). Airfare is not guaranteed until it is ticketed.
Travel Wander acts only as a sales agent for the applicable air carrier and the air carrier terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of the air travel ticket. Please consult the air carrier’s applicable terms and conditions and conditions of carriage for complete information including applicable cancellation terms. Travel Wander required full payment before flight tickets are issued.

A non-refundable Itinerary Designer Fee between SGD 200 and SGD 2,000, depend on complexity of trip, is applicable for all customised itineraries. Travel Wander will advise you of the exact cost of the Itinerary Designer Fee before accepting your request. The fee will be waived when Travel Wander fulfilled the quotation with booking confirmation.
