I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation as I had in mind the simple, nomadic gears from 5 years ago. It was a more "glamping/luxurious" feel and there were beds and sheets to sleep on, with proper toilet and shower facilities. I can't ask for more especially since I was not expecting all that :). Great food we had. I am amazed by the portable kitchen. The Lead has excellent knowledgeable of history, geography, culture, environment. It was a real pleasure chatting with him. He was also attentive/sensitive to most of the group's needs/requirements and was encouraging in his own little ways. A humourous guy he is too!

The Lead is very knowledgeable and very observant to his clients need. I felt very safe with him leading our group. Even though we have language barrier, the drivers are very thoughtful. When they see us taking pics while in the vehicles, they will take the initiative to slow down or stop at certain angle for us to take pics. They are awesome! Even though it's a makeshift kitchen, the Cook always managed to whip up varieties of nice and healthy food. We dont have to wait for long to get our lunch/snacks!

Glad that i signed up for it despite being very sceptical initially. Our Lead speaks excellent English and willingly shares knowledge of Mongolia's history making our trip a more meaningful one. The support team members are helpful and considerate, even checking that our fireplace was lit up. Had hot water and warm gers, so can't complain. Was well fed and experienced local food.
