Our journey continues, taking us across vast, open grasslands and through awe-inspiring mountains. Mongolia, as the world’s most sparsely populated country, offers the perfect canvas for savouring limitless expanses of open prairies and the profound sense of freedom.
Amid this landscape, you will encounter the distinctive mushroom-like tents of nomadic Mongolians and their expansive herds of horses, goats, and sheep. This scene has remained unaltered for centuries, a timeless tableau of nomadic life.
After lunch, venture to the colossal statue of Chinggis Khaan, mounted on horseback. This iconic depiction of the Mongol Empire’s founder shows him with his hand resting upon a golden whip, a legendary artefact he purportedly discovered at this very site.
