Day 03 Kuching
Visit Semongoh Nature Reserve this morning. It is the biggest rehabilitation centre that serves as a habitat for the orangutans, also a place for visitors to learn about the endangered rare species. It has a thriving population of healthy adolescent and young adult semi-wild orangutans where they spend most of their time roaming the forest but are trained to get back to the centre during feeding times. We will have the golden opportunity to see the orangutans as they swing down from trees for a free hand out of fruits.
Experience kayaking along the downstream river. Admire beautiful natural setting of limestone formation and towering riverine trees scenery as you paddle leisurely in pairs. Soak in the tranquillity of the rainforest while you enjoy a couple of hours of digital detox.
