TRAVEL INSURANCE INDEMNITY
Travel insurance is not included in the cost of any trips or tours offered by Travel Wander.
As a licensing condition of the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), Travel Wander LLP is required to inform and strongly recommend you to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance with coverage of minimum SG$ 200,000 covering all applicable dates of your travel. This insurance should cover personal injury, overseas medical expenses and medical evacuation. You are also recommended to extend your coverage to include other travel expenses and travel inconveniences such as (not limited to) cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that may arise because of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience while travelling. You are responsible for advising your insurer of the type of travel, destination(s) and activities included in your trip so that your insurer may provide the appropriate coverage.
As stipulated in Regulation 21, Travel Insurance of Travel Agents Regulations 2017, we are also required to inform you to consider purchasing travel insurance – (a) against any failure or disruption in our provision of the travel product arising out of any insolvency on our part; and (b) in favour of all travellers for whom the payment or deposit is to be made.
By making a payment (e.g deposit) to Travel Wander, you (and/or on behalf of all travel companions) acknowledge being informed to consider purchasing travel insurance as per above.
You may purchase your travel insurance with Travel Wander.
After a thorough selection process, we have selected Chubb Insurance Singapore Limited as our official travel insurance partner.
